I have done many CTF presentations mainly hosted at ECU with one of them being hosted by UCC at the University of Western Australia in 2024, some of which can be found here on GitHub, and another one can be found here as a PDF.
TryHackMe is a fun little project I am really enjoying it - The 2025 Advent of Cyber was a lot of fun and learned a lot too
